  2. Respond promptly to our communication for approvals, content reviews, and ad confirmations.
  3. Ensure their business content, products, and services comply with applicable laws.
  4. Avoid using any completed work without payment or agreement.

Failure to cooperate may delay results and does not qualify for refunds.

4. Payments & Billing

  1. All payments must be made in advance before service begins.
  2. Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  3. Pricing may vary based on project scope, advertising budget, or additional services requested.
  4. Appadappa LLC is not responsible for platform fees, ad spend, or third-party service charges.

5. Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Refund Policy applies only under specific conditions and is detailed on our Refund Policy page.

Refunds are not issued once marketing work, strategy creation, design, or ad setup has been completed.

Chargebacks filed without following our refund process will result in account suspension and recovery actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, designs, documents, strategies, and marketing materials created by Appadappa LLC remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.

Clients are prohibited from:

  • Reselling our work
  • Claiming authorship without permission
  • Replicating our strategies for competitors

After full payment, clients may use the materials for their own business use only.

We do not guarantee specific results such as revenue numbers, follower counts, or viral performance.

10. Service Termination

Clients may also cancel their plan with a written notice.
