30-Day Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from your initial payment date, only if no measurable work or deliverables have been provided.

Refunds may be approved if:

  1. No marketing work, campaign setup, content creation, or planning has been started.
  2. You submitted required information/materials on time, but work was not initiated from our side.
  3. A written complaint was submitted, and the issue remained unresolved for at least 7 business days.
  4. Technical or operational errors from our team made it impossible to perform the service.

Refunds will NOT be approved if:

  1. Any marketing work has been initiated including:
    • Content creation, creatives, or design delivery
    • Campaign setup (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
    • Research, branding, or planning strategy shared with you
    • SEO audits, reports, or optimization performed
  2. You delay communication or approval for required materials (content, logos, ad approvals, payment verifications, etc.).
  3. You do not provide required access or information (branding materials, website access, ad accounts, analytics access, etc.).
  4. You change your mind, pause business operations, switch business niche, or fail to respond to necessary actions.
  5. Performance expectations differ due to market competition, budget limits, or changes in platform policies.
  6. You request a refund after using any delivered work for personal or commercial benefit.
  7. You attempt to bypass Appadappa LLC while using our strategies, research, designs, or campaigns independently.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Full Name & Business Name
  • Contact Number
  • Project/Service Details
  • Reason for Refund
  • Any supporting documents (if applicable)

Refund Review & Processing

  • Refund evaluations may take 7–10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refund reflection times may vary between 5–15 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without following our refund request process will result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Liability for chargeback fees and legal cost recovery
  • Collection action for unpaid services or used deliverables

Appadappa LLC reserves the right to take legal action for retrieving owed balances and intellectual property use.
